RETURN / REFUND PROCESS

 

We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

 

 

Unfortunately, Return of any item is applicable, in case of faulty item only.

However, we do exchange the product as per the eligibility points mentioned below.

  • Once delivered, our products are exchangeable only in case the item is wrong, or broken or defective.

  • We provide detailed product descriptions for every product along with its color, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colors, etc., there might be a slight color difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under color difference, material, quality, etc.

  • The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.
  • The customer must provide received order parcel's opening video to claim the exchange item(s) request, within 2 Days of Receiving the Parcel.
  • We will refund your money with in 07-10 working days towards original payment mode or UPI (if applicable in special case)

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If your exchange request meets the above-mentioned terms and criteria, here’s the step-by-step exchange process we undertake to ensure hassle-free support.

  • You can raise the exchange query with us via mail at official.thephonecart@gmail.com or DM on Instagram within 24-48 hours of order delivery

  • Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 7-10 working days.

  • There may be certain cases when the requested model size may not be available in our inventory. For such instances, our customer support team informs you about the same and shall issue a credit note for the total item(s) amount.

  • NOTE FOR EXCHANGE PICKUP - The courier company will attempt to pick up the shipment twice. If these attempts are unsuccessful, you will need to return the shipment to the company address yourself. Please note that reverse pick-up services are contingent upon their availability in your area based on the pin code.

CANCELLATION - 

You can cancel any order placed within 24 hours or before it has been shipped, whatever happens first. Please contact us via our official email - hello@thephonecart.com or on Instagram - @thephonecart for cancellation or getting more details. We will refund your money with in 07-10 working days towards original payment mode or UPI. Pre-Paid Orders are non refundable, if cancelled after the Time Limit mentioned above.
